Dear Berta, I received your message with mixed feelings. Relief from suffering seems to always be a blessing, but the loss of a loved one always leaves a hole in your heart. My other thought as I learned of his death, was a reflection on the magnificent service you have given to him as you have cared for and comforted him through these past years. Your strength and example have blessed me, as well as many others who have watched your gift of devotion. I always knew the Swensens had depth of character, but you take the cake.
